I forgot my user ID and/or password for signing into my account. How do I reset this information?

If you have forgotten your password to your online account and have not been locked out, you can enter your user ID and click "Forgot Password". You will regain access once you answer your security questions. If you are locked out, your account will remain locked for 24 hours. You can call your Regional Claim Center (RCC) to assist you with resetting your password.
