Direct Deposit: This is the easiest way to access your benefits using your current bank account or credit union. Simply complete a direct deposit application for either your savings or checking account. This can be done online using the Change My Payment Method option. If you have filed before, the direct deposit information from a previous claim carries over. You do not need to enter your account information unless it has changed. You also can call your Regional Claims Center (RCC) to change your payment preferences.
Missouri Access MasterCard®: If you do not file for direct deposit you will receive the debit card and its information in the mail within two weeks of your claim being established. Receiving a card does not guarantee payment of benefits. Even if you are not eligible to receive benefits right away, keep your card through its expiration date in case you become eligible later. Losing your card will delay access to your benefits.
