No, due to a work-sharing agreement between MCHR and EEOC, only one agency investigates and then shares the results with the other agency. Either MCHR or EEOC will determine who will investigate the complaint. However, MCHR and HUD no longer have a work-sharing agreement, so both agencies could investigate at the same time.
