Employers must report individual workers’ wages
each quarter for the Division of Employment Security (DES) wage record files.
This information is used to determine monetary benefits if a worker
files an unemployment claim. Contribution and Wage Reports (Modes- 4) will
no longer be mailed to employers effective fourth quarter 2020. Please
visit uinteract.labor.mo.gov to file online or a
paper copy.
