How much security is required to be posted? How is this amount calculated?

Per 8 CSR 50-3.010 (3)(B)1, an employer is required to "provide security in the minimum amount of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) and the division may, if it deems advisable in any particular case, require a larger amount. . . ."
